As the Quality Engineering Manager, you will set the overall quality direction for the quality engineering group and lead a team of end-to-end integration and performance testers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the quality engineering domain and delivery context
• Experience leading and managing a QA or test team
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end integration testing across multi-service architectures
• Strong experience with performance and load testing tools, approaches, and analysis
• Deep knowledge of both UI testing and API testing approaches
• Ability to set quality metrics, track trends, and use data to drive improvement
