Job Description
Responsible for assisting Program Managers in execution of multiple program tasks, including supporting program management staff in preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and other requirements associated with the project.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Project Management or other related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 4 – 6 years’ experience performing project administrative / coordination duties
- Experience of demand management and schedule management
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools
- Skilled user of SharePoint, MS Project and MS Office, MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as an ability to liaise well with both internal and external stakeholders
- Confident facilitator
- Enthusiastic team player
- Proactive self-starter
- Reliable and delivery focused
- Willing to learn with a continuous improvement mindset
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal hours to support the departmental teams with critical program activities
