Job Description
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers in a call center environment, delivering exceptional service, managing transactions, and resolving inquiries.
Requirements

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or high-volume service environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
