Water Treatment (Chlorine Dioxide) Supervisor

Supervises water management operations and personnel, champions the company's H.S.E.&T program, and performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Manages crew time sheets and performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Champions the company's H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed.
• Supervises various aspects of Water Management operations and personnel.
• Understands and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as needed.
• Conducts required safety meetings (onsite and off).
• Follows manager guidance concerning all Water Management related operations.
• Ensures that all equipment assigned to them is properly functioning and all applicable procedures and tests are conducted in compliance with required standards.
• Monitors and makes recommendations which may affect conditions of employees’ employment.
• Evaluates issues raised by management and exercise independent judgment and discretion to determine proper protocol for implementing changes, when necessary, with the district.
• Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
