Customer Controller

We are seeking a Customer Controller to provide great contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order creation, and liaising with various teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment, good geographical knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft systems.

Requirements

• GCSE grade 'C' or above in Maths and English
• Equivalent of 5 GCSE grade 'C' or above
• Previous experience within a customer service environment
• Good geographical or transport knowledge
• Good numeracy and literacy level
• Good knowledge of Microsoft systems; Excel and Outlook
