Team Leader

Great Bear, a distribution services company, is looking for a Team Leader for its Harworth site on a full-time and permanent contract. The successful candidate will support the Shift Manager and Supervisors, manage and motivate the team, and ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Strong Warehouse Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and able to make decisions
• Good warehouse and logistics operation knowledge
• Computer literate
• Professional, approachable and helpful
