Client Advisor

We're excited to announce the opening of our fourth US showroom, LA, and we want you to join the team! As a Client Advisor, you will provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces, whether in person or through online consultations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry.
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• The right to work in the US.
• Capacity to work on a Tuesday – Saturday roster consistently.
