Job Description
Project Manager will support the fulfillment of large strategic deals coordinating with Sales Team, Customer, Supply Chain, Service Team, Customer Care, and Scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5 years of customer or service operations experience
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and stay organized in a results-driven, fast-moving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and use influence cross-functionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Monday.com or other project tools is a plus
