Talent Partner

Culture Amp is the world's leading employee experience platform, revolutionizing how 25 million employees across more than 6,500 companies create a better world of work. We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our San Francisco office and help build our teams by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing top candidates. This is a hybrid position, with the requirement to work in the San Francisco office 2x per week.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Source and identify future Campers and amplify diverse talent using LinkedIn and an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a bonus!)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Business Partnering
• Great organization and follow-up skills
• A hunger to learn and grow
