Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our new Waterbury, CT location. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of Cumberland Farms to our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a clean and customer-friendly store environment. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
- Starting rate: $10.25/hr
- Increase to $10.75/hr after 60-day review
- Incentive bonus of up to an additional $2/hr
- Shift differential available for overnight hours
