Clinical Associate - PRN ARCH Boys

ARCH Academy is seeking a Clinical Associate to provide direct and indirect services to persons and families at risk for or suffering from chemical dependency. The role involves facilitating safe environments, assessing patient needs, and assisting with their own treatment and recovery experiences. This position offers the opportunity to transform lives and experience the healing environment of the healing, love-filled environment of the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required with Bachelor’s degree preferred
• One (1) year experience in addictions treatment preferred
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License preferred
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel) required
• Ability to learn and use various clinical software
• Problem-solving, analysis, and interpret information skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deescalate and help people in crisis
• Ability to model/teach the 12 Step programs
• Reactivity to change and problem-solving skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or eligibility)
