Cumberland Heights Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through comprehensive substance abuse treatment. The foundation offers residential, intensive outpatient, and counseling services that address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of recovery for individuals and families affected by addiction.

High school diploma or GED required, 1 year experience in addictions treatment preferred, CPRS certification preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse 7P-7A
Tennessee LPN license, 1 year post licensure experience, and CPI, First Aid/CPR certification
Kitchen Steward - PRN
High school diploma or GED, 1 year food service experience, completion of Metro health department food handlers safety and sanitation course, problem-solving and communication skills
Chief Clinical Officer
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive behavioral healthcare experience
Clinical Associate - PRN
High school diploma or GED, one year experience in addictions treatment, CPRS certification
ARCH Cook - PRN
High school degree, one year of food service experience, ability to lift 30 pounds
Prep Cook Part Time Sat and Sun 7A-3P
High school diploma, 2 years food service experience, and completion of Metro health department food handlers safety and sanitation course required
Clinical Associate - PRN ARCH Boys
High school diploma/GED & Bachelor's preferred. 1 year addictions treatment experience is highly preferred, plus a valid Tennessee Driver’s License. Basic computer skills & adaptability required
Clinical Associate PRN
High school diploma, one year experience in addictions treatment, CPRS certification preferred
Mental Health Therapist - Independent Contractor
Master's degree, licensure, experience with trauma and co-occurring disorders, and strong clinical judgement
