The IT Technical Analyst will provide technical expertise for applications and IT infrastructure, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. They will also contribute to the creation of solution designs, standards, and procedures for IT design and development, and work with external service providers to deliver quality solutions.
