Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field, or equivalent experience.
- May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and industrial engineering principles.
- Experience handling VPI projects and ensuring manufacturing readiness.
- Proven ability to resolve line quality issues using structured problem-solving tools.
- Expertise in cycle time reduction, productivity improvement, and OEE enhancement.
- Knowledge of IATF and quality audit requirements.
- Proficiency in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of ergonomic process design and machine guarding standards.
- Capability in manufacturing simulation, digital tools, and analysis-led design.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
