Requirements

• Apply established policies and procedures to perform complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance based on engine evaluation.
• Complete requested documents such as service sheets, attendance sheets, warranty claims, and quality-related documents on handwritten or company system screens.
• Complete online training with professional requirements and requested skills.
• Lead and develop technicians and/or apprentices and share knowledge and experience with others; may provide work instructions; may examine repair plans, piece lists, etc.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the workspace and tools.
• Respect and ensure that less experienced technicians respect all applicable laws, procedures, and policies related to health, safety, and the environment, and notify site management and their supervisor of any problems or incidents.
