Tax Manager

The Tax Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the execution of the company's income tax accounting and reporting processes, overseeing the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provision deliverables, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements.

• Manage the quarterly and annual income tax provision process
• Support external advisors and Corporate Accounting on quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements
• Oversee process execution and internal controls related to tax accounting and reporting
