Requirements

• You’re excited to build a well-rounded skill set in cannabis cultivation and eager to learn every aspect of the garden.
• You bring curiosity, reliability, and a team-focused mindset, making you a key part of a cultivation operation that thrives on shared knowledge and cross-training.
• You have a natural green thumb and a genuine passion for working with plants, with experience harvesting in a professional or home setting (gardening counts!)
