Job Description
The Counseling Ministry Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating a Christ-centered counseling program at the hospital, providing individual, family, and group counseling sessions, and supporting patients, caregivers, and co-workers in experiencing emotional, spiritual, and relational healing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Theological or Christian ministry training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in biblical counseling, trauma care, or psychosocial support
- Certification or training in trauma-informed or pastoral counseling
