Job Description
The Quality and Patient Safety Director will provide efficient and effective leadership in Quality Improvement/Infection Prevention & Control Services in the hospital, ensuring that processes are reviewed, revised, implemented, and maintained to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing/Clinical Medicine from a Recognized Institution
- Current PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license
- At least 6 years of post-education experience
- Experience in coordination of Hospital Infection Control Implementation
- Experience in quality management certification or accreditation
