Job Description
This Registered Nurse (RN) position offers 16-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with weekend and holiday shifts as needed. The RN will coordinate patient care for a variety of ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatrics, using the nursing process and providing leadership in a collaborative environment. Completion of required training and experience is essential, including BLS CPR, CPI, and experience with pediatric care. The role also requires regular communication and participation in hospital initiatives.
Requirements
- Complete an accredited RN nursing education program
- Hold RN licensure from the ND State Board of Nursing
- Complete BLS CPR
- Complete CPI training
- At least 2+ years of labor and delivery training
- Completion of RN nursing education program
- Attend Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training according to departmental orientation
