Job Description
Respiratory Therapist performs assessment, evaluation, planning, and documentation of patient care within a cardiopulmonary disorder aged groups, adhering to established standards. This role is typically 6:00am - 6:30pm, 7:00am - 7:30pm or 8:00am - 8:30pm, and includes weekend and holiday work. It involves performing various tests and therapies to support patient recovery, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Current Respiratory Therapy licensure in North Dakota (RP, RRT, or NRE preferred)
- Current Respiratory Therapy registration (RP, RRT, NRE preferred)
- CPR and active participation in Pediatric 12-week course (recommended)
- Ability to pass CPI, NRP, and other required training
