Landscape Estimator & Project Coordinator

Landscape Estimator & Project Coordinator role involves estimating, procurement, and project coordination for high-end outdoor construction projects. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in construction estimating and project management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of estimating experience in construction, landscape, or design-build
• Prior experience at a multi-million-dollar custom home builder or high-end design/build firm
• Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Skilled in reading and interpreting complex plan sets
• Experience with estimating software (LMN, Aspire, JobTread, BuilderTrend, or similar)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with accuracy and accountability
• Proven efficiency in navigation and utilizing G-Suite
