Curry Up Now is a rapidly growing Indian Fine Fast Casual restaurant group seeking an Operations Manager to manage food and beverage operations, supervise employees, and maintain high work standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar restaurant environment and possess excellent communication and organization skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Financial & Excel skills (modeling, P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
• Ability to lift, push, and shove up to 75lbs
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
