Director of Broadcast Engineering - North Carolina

Curtis Media Group seeks an experienced Director of Engineering to manage a four-person engineering team and ensure radio stations operate in compliance with FCC rules and regulations.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in broadcasting engineering, preferably supervising an engineering department
• Associates degree in electronics or other technical field, OR commensurate experience in broadcast engineering positions
• Baseline IT skills including experience with networks, Microsoft operating systems, and PC hardware
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and security hardware/software
• Basic familiarity with HVAC systems and principles
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to work sites as required
• Ability to lift reasonable weights, work on ladders and in enclosed spaces
