Materials Testing Manager

We are looking for a Materials Testing Manager to join our IMR Test Labs Lansing, NY team! As our Materials Testing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workflow, liaising with customers, and managing a team of 10-12 individuals.

• Manage departmental workflow to ensure that internal and external customer due dates are met.
• Communicate effectively and within a timely manner with all customers, ensuring on time delivery.
• Develop solutions for testing issues that may arise while keeping customers informed and satisfied.
