Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Summerville SC location. The role will involve managing mid-sized projects, developing and controlling schedules and budgets, and being the point of contact for customer communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 3-7 years of experience in similar project management role
- PMP certification is an asset
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Ability to break down complex inputs into actionable plans
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems and Risk Management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures for a high complexity/low mix product line
- Negotiation skills and commercial experience for management of contract scope changes directly with client
- In-depth knowledge of process analysis, standardization, continuous improvement, lean, six sigma and operational excellence program
