Job Description
Cuscal is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Payments squad, responsible for delivering Issuing solutions that enable clients to process payments on behalf of their customers. The role involves eliciting stakeholder needs, working with development teams, and facilitating effective communications between business units.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry within Financial Services sector
- Proven experience in Payments projects (either Real Time or Batch), exposure to Switching, Card Management Systems highly regarded.
- Good understanding of PCI
- Strong skills with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Visio
- Competent in BPMN, UC, SQL, XML, AS2805, ISO20022, Jira & confluence
- Good business planning, analytical and conceptual skills
- Competent with Atlassian tool set
