Conseiller(ère) en Entreprenariat féminin et innovation

Join us as a female entrepreneurship and innovation counselor to defend initiatives led by women and strengthen entrepreneurial skills, financial knowledge, and strategic decision-making in Abomey Calavi, Benin. This role involves designing and delivering learning experiences that inspire women to launch, develop, and sustain their own business. The ideal candidate is driven by the desire to strengthen women's economic empowerment.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in entrepreneurship, international development, management, and/or equivalent
• At least three years of work experience in entrepreneurship
• Ability to work with limited resources and as a team member
• Good training ability
