Job Description
The Evaluation and Monitoring Officer will consolidate, finalize and operationalize the MEAL system set up with WAA Cameroon, ensuring its complete appropriation, quality of data produced, and preparation of partners for scaling up interventions. The volunteer will support the real use of the MEAL system, check and improve data quality, adjust tools based on field feedback, and strengthen WAA teams' autonomy in analyzing and interpreting data.
Requirements
- University degree in evaluation and monitoring, project management, statistics, social sciences, or international development
- 4-6 years of experience in setting up MEAL systems, collecting and analyzing field data, and supporting partners on tool use
