We are seeking an experienced Lead Millwright / Foreman to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who not only has strong technical skills but also thrives in managing projects and people.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of millwright experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Strong background in agricultural equipment and grain-handling systems
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent mechanical, welding, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to accurately quote and track job costs
