Custom House Restaurant Group is a family of restaurants on the Central Coast, seeking a strong Expeditor to support service at a higher level than a traditional expo role.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an expeditor or in a high-volume restaurant required
• Some kitchen experience required
• Understanding of kitchen workflow, timing, and plating standards
• Strong communication and leadership presence during service
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid California Food Handler Certification
