TOOL MAKER

Custom Materials, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Maker to join our team. As a Tool Maker, you will be responsible for designing, building, and repairing precision tools and machinery. You will work with a variety of materials, such as metals and plastics, to create tools that meet specific requirements.

Requirements

• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to create precision tools and parts.
• Use a variety of tools and machinery, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to fabricate and shape components.
• Inspect finished tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Repair and maintain existing tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve tool design and functionality.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
