CORPORATE RECRUITER - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team at Custom Truck One Source. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing exceptional candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR to drive business performance and retention.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in corporate functions such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resource, IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Heavy Equipment industry experience is a plus
• Ability to effectively manage a rolling average of 10-20 open requisitions via a mix of sourcing strategies
• Social media savvy and passionate about promoting employment branding on social media channels
