Job Description
We are seeking a Heavy-Duty Technician / Mechanic to perform in-shop and field service calls, with opportunities for growth into more field-based work. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman Alberta Skilled Trades Ticket or Red Seal, Heavy Duty Truck, and experience with electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
Requirements
- Journeyman Alberta Skilled Trades Ticket or Red Seal, Heavy Duty Truck
- Class 5 valid driver's License (Class 1 or 3 a plus)
- High School Diploma, provincially approved High School Equivalency, or GED
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft office
- Physical effort to move objects and tools; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling and a high level of dexterity
