Job Description
The position of Inside Sales Representative will provide rental and sales support to Territory Managers and customers, determine the best solution for the customer, develop quotations, follow-up, enter the order, and support logistics.
Requirements
- Learn and master operational procedures
- Communicate with business partners to ensure proper rental and sales administration tasks
- Ensure all requests for quotes and sales are processed accurately and completely
- Utilize technological tools to track data to decrease speed to quote times
- Capitalize on all opportunities and diligently log all activity
- Contact vendors and CTOS locations nationwide for shipping quotes and shipping of rental units and items
- Learn and master the CTOS Parts Tools and Accessories OEM product line
- Assist customers by cross-selling, up-selling, substitution of products, and appropriate add-ons
