Job Description
Seeking a Painter with mechanical aptitude, to assist with basic upfitting and finals inspection. Paints and repairs damaged body parts and bodies of heavy duty and hydraulic equipment/diesel vehicles in accordance with factory and company specifications using hand and power tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- 5 years of experience as an automotive body/paint technician
- 1+ year related experience as a collision repair technician
- Experience with fiberglass repair preferred
- Must be able to read, interpret, and understand detail design prints
- Proficient in modern painting techniques and equipment
- Good working knowledge of industrial paints, primers and thinners and knowledge of various machines, painting practices and techniques
