RUBBER LAB TECHNICIAN

Custom Truck One Source is looking for a Rubber Lab Technician to provide quality products to customers in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Requirements

• Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for customers and other facilities.
• Process requests of Rubber Lab Lead in an accurate and timely manner.
• Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Rubber Lab Lead.
• Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.
• Provide high quality workmanship.
• Frequently communicate with others who have operational inquiries.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Dexterity required to utilize power tools, and other tools required to do the job.
• Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you.
• Must be able to observe and interpret operational data.
• Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.
• Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and PTO.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
