Service Technician (Utility Trucks, Cranes, Hydraulics)

Join Our Team at Custom Truck One Source, a leading provider of truck, crane, and heavy equipment services across the USA. We're looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Portland, OR.

Requirements

• Background in hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting.
• Background in pneumatic tool troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting diesel equipment and aftertreatment systems.
• Experience with Quick Serve, DTNA and other diagnostic software.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools.
• Knowledge of 12V electrical systems including multi-plex wiring.
• Basic understanding of truck mounted hydraulic systems and installation procedures.
• Test mechanical products and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
• DOT, ANSI and Dielectric testing.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness tasks on equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, services, and labor for cost tracking.
• Adhere to safety protocols and attend monthly safety meetings.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal installation instructions.
