SERVICE WRITER

Custom Truck One Source is hiring a Service Writer to coordinate and schedule service work in the service department. The role requires good computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and a background in aerial, construction equipment, and heavy & light duty trucks. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling additional needed services to customers and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General mechanical aptitude / knowledge
• MS Office software skills
• Ability to learn CTOS computer systems
• Valid driver's license
