Job Description
The Maintenance Tech provides support to maintain and upkeep shop equipment and facility maintenance, with a focus on machinery and equipment operation, facility maintenance, and general duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Commercial maintenance and welding experience
- Strong mechanical skills with fine attention to detail
- Demonstrated knowledge of Custom Wood Products business processes/systems
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Safety mindset and ability to perform work safely
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and work at high altitudes
