CRA Mortgage Loan Officer

CRA Mortgage Loan Officer position at Customers Bank, generating residential mortgage applications and developing relationships with Realtors and non-profits in the New York market.

Requirements

• Knowledge of PHFA, FHA, Conventional, VA and RD loan programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Keep abreast of industry changes and updates
• Knowledge of regulations pertaining to residential mortgage originations
• Minimum of 3 years residential mortgage loan origination experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft - Word and Excel
• Exposure to loan operating systems - Encompass a plus
