Job Description
The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for managing a portion of a multi-billion-dollar mortgage warehouse portfolio and providing high-standard customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in mortgage warehouse lending, loan operations, credit administration, or financial services
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated experience providing account-based customer service to business clients
- Excellent judgment and risk awareness
- Proficiency with warehouse lending systems, loan servicing platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
