Job Description
Join Customized Energy Solutions as an Office Assistant in Pune, India. We are seeking an individual with strong execution and coordination skills to support day-to-day administrative and office operations. As a key member of our team, you will maintain operational trackers, monitor expenses, and contribute to cost optimization and process improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in Admin / Office Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Travel Booking Portals etc
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills, including negotiation
