Requirements
- Professional and personal leadership of our team of CRM specialists.
- Concept, implementation, and quality control of comprehensive CRM strategies along the app user journey.
- Create and execute targeted push notifications, in-app, and email campaigns that promote customer loyalty, interaction, and engagement with the apps of our customers.
- Data analysis for campaign optimization and derivation of data-based recommendations.
- Close cooperation with product and design teams to develop personalized communication strategies.
- Stay up-to-date regarding industry trends and new technologies to continuously expand our CRM services.
