(Senior) Growth Manager in Berlin -German Speaking (m/w/d)

Customlytics is the leading app marketing agency & consultancy in the DACH region. As our (Senior) Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Customlytics’ next stage of growth, building and expanding meaningful relationships with partners in the mobile ecosystem, and elevating our presence in the mobile space.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in sales and partnership management
• Experience in mobile marketing, mobile app technology, or mobile martech in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to acquire clients, close deals, and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle
• Strong analytical and commercial thinker
• Experience with HubSpot or the ability to quickly take ownership of our CRM, improve processes, and manage automations
• Ability to run projects independently, execute hands-on, and take ownership without constant direction
• Fluent German and English skills (both spoken and written)
