Job Description
The Sr. HR Generalist will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the HR Team, handling day-to-day HR operations, benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and special HR projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in the Human Resources field
- Experience with employee relations
- Prior experience working in HRIS Systems
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills
