We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and win new customers, expand existing relationships, and push our customs solutions deeper into the UK market.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or a similar commercial role
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing revenue through a strong commercial mindset
• Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools, supported by solid Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
