Import Declarant

Customs Support Group is looking for an experienced Import Declarant to join their dynamic and international team. The role involves creating shipping documents, import and transit declarations, and cooperating with customs to ensure smooth and compliant customs operations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in the field of import/export customs declarations and good knowledge of customs law and the associated procedures
• Professional experience in the field of freight forwarding and logistics is a prerequisite
• Strong English language skills (minimum B2) as well as solid German language skills (minimum B1) are mandatory for this role
• Communication skills are one of your greatest strengths and you enjoy communicating with customers, service providers and partners
• Confident and experienced in using MS Office
• Good to very good English skills (written and spoken) are an important basis for this job
• Must be residing in Poland
