Requirements
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, tutorials, demos, and social-native content.
- Create short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Turn raw ideas, recordings, product clips, and creator footage into clear, engaging edits.
- Manage clippers and freelance editors, including briefs, feedback, quality control, and deadlines.
- Use AI tools to create scalable video workflows, variations, experiments, and content systems.
- Track performance and double down on formats that show breakout potential.
