At CV-Library, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive to help retain and nurture existing clients, deliver excellent customer service, and identify upsell opportunities. The role involves managing customer accounts, providing training and support, and staying aware of market trends.

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
